D.R. Ransdell torments writing students during the day and characters at night. She resides in Tucson, where she also plays with a mariachi. Her latest books include Dervla Alarms the Nanas, a humorous paranormal mystery set in Tucson, Olive Envy, in which Gina's educational trip to Italy teaches her about loyalty and rivalries, and The Cézanne Chihuahua, a humorous mystery set in the French Riviera.
