After learning that Iran was behind the plot to blow up the Golden Gate Bridge, the American president decides Iran must be taught a lesson. To avoid the loss of innocent lives, the president agrees to target the IRGC, who are the real rulers of Iran. Jeff Stone, the main character in the series, is head of a top-secret anti-terrorist organisation. On hearing the head of the IRGC is going to attend a secret meeting in Byblos, Lebanon, Jeff takes a team there to assassinate him.
