R. Steven Jones is a history professor and author. He has published two non-fiction books: The Right Hand of Command, a Civil War study, in 2000, and Cesare Lombroso: the Father of Criminology Redefined (as co-author) in 2017.
The Book of Jo is his first work of fiction.
