Fils Jean Pierre Mutsinzi
Fils Jean Pierre Mutsinzi is a strategist, certified human dignity advocate, and multidisciplinary researcher whose work explores how institutions, culture, and social systems shape human behavior and identity.
Studying both Ayurveda and Business Administration, he combines perspectives from philosophy, social psychology, performance, and systems thinking to examine the hidden mechanisms behind conformity, perception, and dehumanization.
His projects range from public autoethnographic experiments on gender expression and social visibility to Butoh-inspired and operatic performances that challenge conventional ideas of identity, embodiment, and societal roles.
Fils is also a published author and researcher whose work has been presented at national conferences on global citizenship and the prevention of systemic dehumanization. Across his research, writing, and artistic practice, he advocates for a society grounded in empathy, critical thought, freedom, and the preservation of human dignity.
