<strong>Fils Jean Pierre Mutsinzi</strong> is a strategist, certified human dignity advocate, and multidisciplinary researcher whose work explores how institutions, culture, and social systems shape human behavior and identity.<br>​​​​​​​<br>Studying both Ayurveda and Business Administration, he combines perspectives from philosophy, social psychology, performance, and systems thinking to examine the hidden mechanisms behind conformity, perception, and dehumanization.<br>​​​​​​​<br>His projects range from public autoethnographic experiments on gender expression and social visibility to Butoh-inspired and operatic performances that challenge conventional ideas of identity, embodiment, and societal roles.<br>​​​​​​​<br>Fils is also a published author and researcher whose work has been presented at national conferences on global citizenship and the prevention of systemic dehumanization.
