About this ebook
In a future where death is merely a doorway, control over reincarnation has become the most dangerous weapon.
Screed is a key member of a covert resistance, battling against a ruthless system that dictates who is reborn and who is erased from existence. Under the iron fist of Marek, the Reincarnation Police ruthlessly enforce this brutal regime, manipulating life and death to maintain power among the elite.
When Screed's team uncovers Marek's chilling plan to rewrite the rules of reincarnation, they find themselves thrust into a perilous fight—not just against a tyrant, but to dismantle the very system that enslaves them. As betrayals cut deep and loyalties are pushed to their limits, the distinction between survival and sacrifice becomes dangerously blurred.
To bring Marek down, they must confront not only their enemies but also the darkness lurking within themselves. The rebellion's only chance lies in breaking the cycle of oppression before they become mere pawns in Marek's game.
The battle for the control of life and death has begun—and failure is not an option.

Some of my works include Shadowflare, Rise of the Thunder Guardian, and Finding Jaden. My books are filled with dynamic characters, imaginative worlds, and plot twists that keep readers turning pages late into the night. I've always believed that the best stories not only entertain but also help us understand ourselves and the world around us. Outside of writing, I'm someone who thrives on both mental and physical challenges. I'm a dedicated chess player who loves the strategy and focus the game requires, and I also have a passion for outdoor adventures like mountain biking and snowboarding. Whether I'm on a trail or speeding down a snowy slope, these activities help fuel my creativity and often inspire the action-packed scenes in my books. In quieter moments, I can usually be found experimenting in the kitchen, cooking up something new and delicious. I also have a strong interest in current affairs and love staying engaged with the world around me. Whether it's politics, global issues, or the latest social trends, I enjoy understanding what's shaping our world today. This curiosity about the human experience and the forces that drive change informs much of my writing, helping me create stories that feel relevant and emotionally resonant. I'm always working on my next project, and I'm excited to continue sharing new adventures with my readers. For me, writing is about connection—whether it's through an epic battle scene or a quiet moment of reflection, I hope my stories help readers discover something new about themselves or the world they live in.

Prologue: The Eternal Sentence
The year was 2157, and death had become a mere inconvenience for some. The skyline of Neo-London shimmered under a synthetic twilight, a city of gleaming towers and broken dreams, where the air smelled of progress but reeked of corruption. Down below, the streets teemed with the forgotten—the poor, the desperate, the ones who watched the world rise without them.
And somewhere in the heart of this labyrinthine metropolis, Benjamin Creed opened his eyes for the second time.
He wasn’t supposed to be here. Creed should’ve rotted in the darkest depths of a high-security prison, his double life sentence dragging him through eternity. But instead, he found himself gasping for air in the back alley of a city that had evolved beyond recognition, with only fragments of memory swirling in his mind like a bad dream.
Cold pavement bit into his skin as he sat up, disoriented. His muscles trembled under the weight of his new body, still too weak, too fresh. Every breath felt foreign, as though his lungs hadn’t quite accepted life yet. He stared at his hands—smooth, unscarred. Not the hands of a killer. Not yet.
But deep inside, he knew who he was.
Benjamin Creed. The man who had brought nations to their knees. The one who had commanded an empire so vast, it couldn’t be contained in one lifetime. The man betrayed by the only person he trusted: Marek.
Creed,
a voice grated from the shadows. A figure stepped forward, cloaked in black, their face obscured by a smooth, featureless mask that reflected the neon lights of the alleyway. We don’t have time for you to get comfortable. They’ll be looking for you.
The Reincarnation Police,
Creed muttered, the words coming to him slowly, like he had known them all along. The very force that had kept him chained in his previous life, now hunting him in this one. He pushed himself to his feet, his legs wobbling, but the figure didn’t offer help. In this world, you stood on your own or you didn’t stand at all.
They’ll have your signal in minutes,
the masked figure snapped, their voice low, cold. We need to move.
But Creed wasn’t listening. Memories were beginning to sharpen, each one cutting deeper into his thoughts. He remembered the betrayal. Marek, his right hand, the man who had shared the weight of their empire, had turned him in. Creed had been caught like an animal, dragged into that high-tech prison, sentenced to two lives of nothingness. And Marek had vanished, slipping into a new identity, rising even higher in power while Creed rotted.
Now, that same Marek was out there somewhere, living freely in this world, while Creed had to claw his way back. But not for long.
Creed,
the voice barked again, impatience seeping through the mask. The figure tossed a small vial toward him. Drink this. It’ll bring back everything.
Creed caught the vial, the liquid inside glowing faintly, an eerie blue. He didn’t hesitate. The vial was cold as he pressed it to his lips, downing the contents in one rough gulp. The liquid seared down his throat, burning like fire before exploding in his veins. His vision blurred, and then everything came rushing back—faces, names, screams. The weight of his first life, the violence of his second.
Marek’s face, twisted in a smirk as Creed was dragged away.
Creed's eyes snapped open, and his world was crystal clear. He remembered it all now—the betrayal, the fall, the prison. And he remembered why he was here.
He was here to kill Marek.
The masked figure nodded once, sensing the change in Creed. Good. We need to move before the Reincarnation Police pinpoint your location.
Creed’s smirk was a thing of nightmares. Let them come.
The figure hesitated, then muttered with a trace of fear. You don’t understand. They’re closer than you think.
Across the city, deep within the gleaming walls of the Rebirth Institute, a red light flashed on a console, illuminating the dark room in violent bursts. Inspector Reeve leaned over the display, her fingers flying over the controls as data streamed across the screen. She was a woman hardened by years in the field, her face a mask of calm beneath the soft glow of the monitors.
We’ve got a breach,
she bit out, her voice as sharp as a blade.
What kind of breach?
a tech officer asked, leaning closer.
Reeve’s eyes narrowed. One of the big ones. Creed.
The name caused the room to still for a moment. Benjamin Creed wasn’t just any reincarnated criminal—he was the kind that turned nightmares into strategies, whose legacy of terror spanned two lifetimes. He wasn’t supposed to be back, and if he was, it meant someone had found a way to slip him through the cracks of the system.
Reeve swiped at the screen, zooming in on the source of the breach, which had triggered within the city’s lower sectors. Send units to Sector 13. Now.
The officers scrambled into action, their faces pale. Reeve watched the data, her mind racing. Creed couldn’t be allowed to roam free, not again. Not after what he did. And if the rumors were true—that Marek had been behind the breach—they would have an even bigger problem on their hands.
She grabbed her coat from the back of her chair and made for the door. If Creed was back, Neo-London was about to descend into chaos.
And chaos was something Reeve wasn’t willing to let happen. Not again.
Back in the alley, Creed was already moving. His legs, once weak, now carried him with purpose, his muscles loosening as the memories continued to flood his system. He was no longer the disoriented newborn struggling for control. He was Benjamin Creed, and he had unfinished business.
The masked figure followed behind him, silent. They would lead him to a safehouse, a place where he could gather his strength and prepare for what was to come. But Creed had no intention of lying low.
He glanced back at the figure, his lips curling into a grin. I want to know where Marek is.
The figure didn’t respond immediately. After a moment of hesitation, they muttered, That information doesn’t come cheap.
Creed stopped, turning to face them fully. His eyes glinted in the low light, his grin widening into something darker, more dangerous. I don’t think you understand who you’re dealing with.
The figure stiffened, realizing too late that the game had already begun. Creed wasn’t a man who waited for answers—he took them.
As the first sirens echoed in the distance, Creed set his sights on Neo-London’s towering skyline, his mind already plotting the next move.
He was back. And this time, there would be no prison that could hold him. Not until Marek paid in blood.
The lights in the briefing room dimmed as the last screen flickered off, leaving only the low hum of the systems and the muffled footsteps of the team exiting. Benjamin Creed sat alone for a moment, his mind buzzing with fragments of information. The mole was real, and someone close was feeding Marek information—inside details that no outsider could possibly access. The very walls around him felt tainted, conspiratorial, as though they, too, were hiding secrets.
Creed’s fingers tightened into fists on the sleek metal table, his thoughts circling like predators. He replayed the team's arguments in his mind—their voices rising, clashing, disbelief clouding their judgment. No one wanted to admit the truth, but Creed felt it deep in his gut. The system wasn’t just failing; it was compromised. And whoever was on the inside was playing a dangerous game, feeding critical intel into the hands of the enemy.
He had to act fast.
The door hissed open behind him, and Emily walked in, her usually composed demeanor showing cracks. Creed,
she said, her voice barely more than a whisper, I can’t believe it’s one of us.
Creed stood, the tension in his shoulders mirroring the weight of what they were dealing with. We’ve all been in this too long, Emily. None of us wanted to see it. But it’s there, in the logs, in the system. We can’t ignore it anymore.
Emily nodded but her eyes remained distant, as if she couldn’t quite accept it. Do you know who it could be?
Creed’s jaw clenched. He had suspicions, whispers of doubt that gnawed at the edges of his mind, but there was no hard evidence yet. Not yet, but we’ll find out soon enough.
His voice hardened. We have to. Marek’s moving fast, and if we don’t stop this now, we’re done.
The enormity of the situation settled heavily between them. Emily left without another word, leaving Creed alone again.
He leaned against the table, staring at the dim glow of the screen before him. There was no turning back now. If the mole wasn’t rooted out, everything they had worked for would fall apart. Marek would gain complete control over the system, and the chaos would spread like wildfire. Creed had seen how Marek operated—manipulating the system from the shadows, pulling strings that no one else even knew existed. He was dangerous, a ghost in the machine, and now, someone was helping him from the inside.
For the first time in weeks, Creed allowed himself to feel a moment of doubt. The system was his life’s work, and yet here he was, watching it crumble piece by piece. Every lead they had chased, every move they’d made to tighten security, had led to this—an enemy who was always one step ahead.
But doubt could wait. He still had a job to do.
Creed straightened and tapped into the central database, pulling up the team’s schedules and access logs. He cross-referenced them with the breaches they’d discovered. He needed patterns, anomalies—anything that could point him toward the traitor.
Hours passed as he sifted through the data, his eyes burning from the relentless focus. Slowly, inconsistencies began to emerge—subtle shifts in log-in times, encrypted transmissions that didn’t match with any authorized operations. One name kept appearing, hovering just beyond the edge of certainty. Creed’s pulse quickened, but he forced himself to stay calm. He needed proof. Accusations without evidence could destroy the team from within, and right now, division was the last thing they could afford.
Suddenly, a notification flashed on his screen—another breach.
Creed’s heart sank. This time, the breach was happening in real-time, and the source was shockingly close. He slammed his hand on the communication panel. Get Riordan to the command room, now!
Minutes later, Riordan rushed in, a mix of confusion and anger on his face. What the hell is going on, Creed?
Creed didn’t waste any time with pleasantries. We’ve got another breach, and it’s happening right under our noses.
Riordan stepped forward, scanning the screens, his brow furrowed. You think the mole’s making their move?
Creed didn’t answer. His focus was locked on the screen, watching the data flow as the breach unfolded in front of him. He tapped a few commands, isolating the source. His breath caught in his throat.
The access point was from within their own building.
There’s no time,
Creed snapped. We’re tracking the signal now. If we move quickly, we can cut them off before they get out.
Riordan hesitated, his face hardening. You think it’s one of us.
Creed met his eyes, cold and unwavering. I don’t think, Riordan. I know.
They burst out of the command room and into the corridors, their boots echoing in the hollow silence of the building. Every step brought
