Reviews
"I love Rock Your Pearl. There is so much readers can relate to. I felt like I was watching a movie reading parts of this book. I shared this book with a family member I care about so much. I know she will benefit from it. Keep up the great work Kay Davis. I am looking forward to many more."–Renee S.
Wow that’s Powerful! Rock Your Pearl was the best book, especially for young teens, to really understand & comprehend the meaning of the book. And, as being a teenager it's really hard to fall into dark paths, but this book definitely inspired me to have a different outlook on my decisions. A lot of teenagers need to know this.

Introduction:
Y
ou may ask, What is the point in keeping my virginity? It’s not really a big deal.
You may even say, Everybody is doing it, nobody believes in waiting to have sex until marriage any more, that’s so old-fashioned!
Or, you may be one that says, Well I do value my virginity and I want to wait to have sex until I get married, but I feel like I’m all alone. People think I’m weird because of it. I shouldn’t feel ashamed, but I am!
Or, you may say, Well, I’ve already given up my virginity, so I can’t turn back now.
No matter what religious background you come from, whether you have or have not engaged in sexual activity, if you’re a girl coming into your womanhood, this book is for you! I am humbled and obliged to share some bitter truths about the dangers and pitfalls of engaging in premarital sex. Our society has failed you; they glorify sex, applaud pregnancies outside of marriage, tell you that wearing a condom is practicing safe sex
and condemn you if you are not engaging in sexual activity, as if there’s something wrong with you! My heart goes out to you. You are growing up in a culture where anything goes and in a backwards society where right is wrong and wrong is right. You are bombarded with images of sex, girls exposing and exploiting themselves, music with lyrics and messages filled with sexually explicit language, and media that frowns upon anything or anyone with any type of moral compass.
In a world where cultures, society, and even some religions change according to the popular trend, it is comforting to know that the one thing that has never changed and never will is God—the Creator of heaven and earth who sent His son Jesus to die for all of mankind. You can rest assured that He never changes and His Word, The Holy Bible, never changes. I don’t know about you, but I feel much safer putting my trust into something and someone that is constant. No matter what’s happening around, you can always depend on the security and stability of God and His Word. In this book I will help you navigate the pressures you may experience growing up and help you to understand how valuable and precious you are! I will give you some wisdom that I pray you will take and apply to your life. I will teach you what it means to Rock Your Pearl!

The Hidden Treasure of the Pearl

The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field.
Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls.

hat do you think of when you think of a pearl? What probably comes to mind is a white or ivory-colored pair of earrings, necklace, or bracelet that a woman wears on special occasions, right? You probably see them as a distinguished and elegant class of jewelry that stands out like no other.
