I haven't read the other books in this series but I immediately bought them all after reading the first chapter of this one. I was worried that I would be lost or confused without reading the first 2 books but everything was explained with enough detail for that to not be an issue. This story is full of action and feels. It's the type of story you get lost in and before you know it you've been reading for hours and you've run out of pages. I thought I could just read a couple of chapters before going to bed but I was wrong. It's a one sitting read. I can't wait to read the series from beginning to end.

Wicked Rage by Minette Moreau is the latest in this series and it’s positively delightful. Granted, I’d expected nothing less from this author, but THIS ONE hit me with all the feels. Picking up where the last one left off, the survivors are still picking up the pieces of their lives after the battle, and in some ways, some are suffering from survivor syndrome. But just when they’re all starting to move forward again, an annoying/scary/seriously must die baddie comes into play and we are left to wonder if Feather and Rizan will get their happily ever after, and with each tapped page, that gets called into question more and more until…wipes sweat off my forehead…until…you find yourself sniffling into your kindle and the person you live with gives you strange looks knowing that you’re reading and probably questioning some of the more recent decisions in his life but not wanting to make waves or even ask what’s going on since I’m the one who does the dishes. Can I just say how much I love Aunt Yan, Grandma, and the baby dragons whom I cannot imagine the havoc that will ensue once they’re teenagers? Ms. Moreau, and as her alter ego, likes to take genres and tropes and tip them on the side and then makes magic with the results and THIS, Wicked Rage, is downright magical in all the right ways and extremely hawt if you don’t mind the destruction that comes with each shout of pleasure. So very much recommended.
