About the Author

Michael Anderle is the internationally bestselling author of more than forty urban fantasy and science fiction novels, including the Kutherian Gambit, Opus X, Federal Histories, and Exceptional S. Beaufont series. He is also coauthor of many more with other authors under his company, LMBPN Publishing, which has now sold over three million books. Martha Carr loves a good tale that makes her wonder about things and she loves a story that leaves her feeling inspired or like she's capable of doing more than she realized. That's her goal with everything she's ever written. Some of the stories Martha tells involve twisting, turning thrillers and others have a lot of magic.

So a characters that have grown on me are on another adventure. Plenty of colorful metaphors, aka swearing. If that offends you then find something else to read. This book is simply too much fun to let that get in the way. It's kind of like seasoning on a steak and it's well placed..

Just finished reading the fifth book in the Leira Chronicles. Dealing in Magic begins with Ossonia taking loving care of Correk. He's been unconscious for three months. When he wakes up, the first word he says isn't "Ossonia," it's "Leira."

So, this Oriceran Elf is focused on a human? Well, about 12%. If that doesn't compute, better read the book.

Then, there's the Jasper Elves. They're all gone. They pushed the magic. They burned out. They disappeared into the light. Will that happen to Leira? Is she pushing it? Too much magic?

Everything is moving towards the opening of the gates. The survival of Oriceran is problematic. There are preparations underway, just in case. So many questions. Some hints, some answers.

This book is my favorite, so far. I'm a newbie to this genre. Am I just warming to it more with each book? Whatever it is, this is good stuff.

Kindle Unlimited, was reading that way because had missed the 99 cents intro days then they came back and did some of them again for that price then the rest then this one today intro price plus YTT is only that much all the time, just want some of the TYY merchandise with a couple of coffee mugs and oh yeah for YTT to talk, pretty sure that won't happen since not YTT don't equal PC.

Leira and Correk have been to hell and back together. How much more can they handle? Enough to save the world, with a little help from everyone’s favorite foul-mouthed troll. Dealing Magic hits the ground running with Leira and Correk scrambling to get out ahead of the corporations and their plots to exploit magic. Leira finally meets the one person that can help her gain control of her powers but… will it be in time? Because Magic is Real.

I'm really enjoying this series, but I really love that troll. Leira and Correck Are coming across hard truths. And a lot of pieces coming in to play in this book. The story is advancing, but not much resolved. Just a whole lot more questions. The book is extremely interesting throughout and I can't wait to get started on the next one.
Series must be read in order. Our lead characters are getting closer and closer, but nothing romantic.

I thought this one needed more plot, it just went on and on, getting nowhere fast. It needs to be a great story to keep me interested and here there is potential for wonderful entertaining.
