Of course, living near the Horse Capital of the World wouldn’t be complete without horses, and Jaime is owned by (and servant to) a small herd of Arabians. And Thor, the Appaloosa, who thinks he’s an Arabian. Shhhh…don’t ruin it for him. Jaime enjoys quilting, painting, and baking. Jaime and her teenage son also enjoy their work as "chicken tenders".
