Nigerian born and raised, Vivian Eni moved to the UK in 2007 to study for a master’s degree in human resources and international business at De Montfort University, Leicester.

Since then, she’s worked in various industries ranging from banking to telecommunications, outsourcing, publishing and technology consulting. In 2020, she qualified as a business and personal coach, while in 2021, she became an associate of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Eni understands the challenges of being a first-generation immigrant and Nigerian who’s trying to navigate a career in the western world with little-to-no guidance.
