What a debut! Holly Bloom blew me away! It’s my new favorite book, it had everything I was looking for and so much more. Things I never knew I needed until Killer Candy. Candy is a fantastic FMC, she’s a freaking b*d*** and I’m obsessed. She owns who she is and takes no s***. Her life was irrevocably changed when someone who she loved and trusted gave her away to someone evil and horrible. She was forced to leave behind her “normal” life and forced to become Kitten. She fought for her freedom, but did she every really get that freedom? Sure, she was able to leave and get a job, but there is something evil still lurking behind the scenes. On top of that she finds herself in the midst of three very dark, sexy and oh so dangerous men- her bosses at her new job Lapland - Rocky/Red, Zander and West. The guys are walking sex appeal and the sexual tension behind Candy and them is off the charts. I love the writing, the worldbuilding, and the balance she was able to create to keep if from being too dark. This book is a slow-burn RH romance filled with danger, cut with a knife tension, crazy strippers, violence, blood, mystery and more. It’s everything I never knew I needed. I am so blown away by Killer Candy- I can’t wait for the second one. I need more- lots and lots more. I will be on the lookout for more from Holly Bloom! 🖤

What a freaking fabulous and crazy ride!!! Holly Bloom definitely knows how to make her entrance into the writing world as Killer Candy was fantastically EPIC and I can’t wait to see what kind of heat she brings next!!!The way Bloom masterfully created her characters, and the world in which they live, was unbelievably addicting. Never has a book left me so desperate for more than this one has…I just couldn’t stop reading! I absolutely devoured this book and can’t wait for more of these characters and their story. With just the right amount of intrigue, mystery and bloodshed to keep you on your toes, this read was so smooth and flawless I couldn’t believe I was already at the end when it arrived. Partly because our FMC Candy is an absolute badass with absolutely no fear!Candy is fierce, feisty, ferocious and full of snark—and not afraid to take on a notorious gang and their rivals just to find her own place in the world. And while her past is definitely troubled and haunted (being essentially crafted into the ultimate killing machine under the tutelage of a possessive man that wanted the keep her all to himself) Candy had other plans and managed to find a way out and escape to a new start as a stripper—thus putting her in the path of the Seven: an elite gang made up of 3 powerful and sexy men, Zander, West and Red. Little did they know Candy isn’t as sweet as her name implies. ;)“Zander may be the big bad wolf around here, but Little Red wasn’t a helpless young girl anymore.”Overall, if you’re a fan of the borderline crazy, psychotic killers, broody hot alphas, ferocious heroines and a little bit of blood and darkness—this book’s for you! The dynamics of the characters is definitely intriguing and I can’t wait to see how their relationships continue to grow and develop over time. I love how the characters evolved throughout the story, with the guys slowly letting Candy into their circle and Candy slowly starting to open up to those around her. Especially Meiko, a fellow stripper with a past of her own, and even her hostile boss Vixen—which was fun to watch evolve all on its own!And while this is a RH, and the burn is super slow, trust me when I say you don’t even miss it because the explosive heat, chemistry and sexual tension between the characters is so freaking fabulous and off the charts it’s not until you close the book that you realized just how slow of a burn it was. Either way, trust me when I say this is a must read and you need to grab it for yourself now!
