Finn's Fury: Riot MC Biloxi #8 Kindle Edition

4.6 out of 5 stars 248 ratings

The night my cousin invites me to a party at the Riot MC compound, I discover a world like no other. The Riot MC clubhouse is the first place I feel safe. These bikers protect each other, but they are fierce when protecting their women.

I want their protection so bad. It is a driving, vehement need.

Finn is the one brother I avoid. We had a wild and crazy weekend together. I thought we connected. His actions say I thought wrong.

When he corners me at a party to explain those actions, everything changes. He’s still the only brother who sees me differently. He sees me as
his.

The moment Finn discovers I’m being abused, he demands answers. His fury is overwhelming. When he finds out my father is behind the violence, he thinks the solution is simple.

Nothing is ever simple in my life.

He’s determined to keep me safe at any cost, but it could cost us our lives.

Karen Renee is the author of the Riot Motorcycle Club, Beta, and O-Town series of books. She once crunched Nielsen ratings data but these days she brings her imagination to life by writing books. She has wanted to be a writer since she was very young, but it’s taken the last twenty plus years for her to amass enough courage and overall life experience to bring that dream to life. Some of those life experiences came from the wonderful world of advertising, banking, and local television media research. She is a proud wife and mother, and a Jacksonville native. When she’s not at the soccer field or cooking, you can find her at her local library, the grocery store, in her car jamming out to some tunes, or hibernating while she writes and/or reads books.

I have read all of the Riot books and after the last few I almost skipped the rest, but I am so glad I gave it a chance as it was real good and big improvement from Tiny, and Block. This book had a good balance and the story/plot was not lost with the over use of to much sex like Block and Tiny had been. It was well written and a good story. It had its steamy sex but again not like the last few that if you read the first 2 and last 2 chapter you had the story and the whole rest was nothing but sex. This had story from start to finish with a few steamy sex seens. Very well balanced.

The only thing I did not like and is a total personal thing because I am a big sentimentalist was the house did not end up with Finn but that has no barring in the book just my own feelings.

If you like MC books and read a few Riots but passed on this one because of the past over use of sex think again and read it. The author really found her balance with this one so give it a chance.

I am looking forward to Mensa and I hope she will do one for Two-Times as he really seems like an interesting character. He played a roll in this one and in Harm as well and I hope to see more about him.

There has to be an early warning that might trigger some. The book does have severe physical and psychological abuse. This is the story of Finn and Riley. Finn is a member of Riot MC and Riley is a former biker bunny. She and Finn have a wild weekend but everything stops after that. Fast forward to a year later when Riley shows up at the clubhouse sporting a huge black eye courtesy of her demented abusive judge of a father. She and Finn reconnect and that's just the beginning of their trials and tribulations. Five huge stars to the author for pulling together all the strings and having them make sense. Its a great book, well written and lots of great sex to boot. Don't miss it.

Finn's Fury is another great book in the Riot MC universe that tackles a sensitive topic with care and consideration. Riley is a sweetbutt for the Riot MC in Biloxi. Her cousin is a member and the club house has become her safe space. With an over controlling father and a brother who needs her care, she is desperate for an escape. Finn and Riley had a few nights together a while ago but he seemed to withdraw afterward so Riley thought he'd lost interest. When Riley shows up at the clubhouse with a black eye, Finn realizes that he wants to protect her from everything, if only he can earn her trust.

Trying not to hit any major spoilers, this is a great story of a woman learning to trust after years of living with a narcissistic abuser and a man willing to do whatever it takes to keep her safe, without taking away her choices. Riley and Finn have great chemistry and Finn seems to have a great understanding of how to deal with someone with psychological trauma. I really love how he balances his need to protect with his desire to build up Riley's confidence. I really enjoyed that this book has a lot of the Riot brothers and their significant others making appearances. Add in Finn and Riley's families and the cast of characters really furthers the plot and makes the idea of family expand beyond blood.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a well written MC series! This book is a standalone novel in the interconnected Riot MC Biloxi series. You can jump in at any point in the series, but you will get more out of it if you start at the beginning and work your way through.

Finns Riot is five stars I love all the Riot books . I hate the playlist .The playlist is not MC music I can't imagine the Riot brothers would be ok with the pop music ain their club house ,as Finn points out. ! Zero by imagine dragons is not fast pace as any Rocker should tell ya.

Can’t get enough of this! I’m anticipating Mensa & Whitney’s book more than ever!

As far as this book goes, I was expecting more action from the Dad but happy with the outcome. Finn & Riley were steaming up these pages!

Storyline ok but didn’t feel a true chemistry between Finn and Riley. Her story seemed somewhat far fetched in that she lived with her controlling and abusive father yet had enough time to spend at the clubhouse regularly and work jobs as well as oversee her brother. Also in a couple books back she had Venmoed $900 to Heidi’s neighbor to leave a rat. Just didn’t find her likeable

This is another Riot MC ride that you don't want to miss. You'll love Finn and Riley and catch up with many of the other Riot brothers and their old ladies. Great story.
