About this ebook

Thief or modern day Robin Hood?

Recruited by the FBI to investigate the theft of a Van Gogh, Vivianne Faulks must work with a man who blurs the lines between the legal and illegal sale of art. As she's drawn further into the worlds of illegal art auctions, international crime, and terror plots, the case threatens to uncover Faulks’ family secrets long buried since World War II. Not to mention, her enigmatic partner might be the very thief she's been sent to catch. When her life's put on the line, Vivianne no longer cares about recovering the stolen Van Gogh. With each twist and turn, she's simply trying to stay alive.

Secrets. Lies. Deception. Sibling rivalry at it's finest. What starts off as an investigation quickly turns into a game of cat and mouse to see who can outwit who. He chose her because she would fit the profile. At least that's the line he fed her. She wanted out of the confines of her family. A great story with loads of action and intrigue and unexpected twist. This is my first read by this author. The blend of story, intrigue, action, history and information makes for a great read. I enjoyed my first read and I will most definitely read more.
