    This book is designed to provide the knowledge needed for new believers as we come to the end of the church age. In many areas of America, there is no readily available source of this information. For we are in the midst of the Great Falling Away which was prophesied. This is not a book about doctrine.

    It is an attempt to explain what you need to know as you begin your relationship with Lord Yeshua, our Messiah. In English that would be Jesus Christ. My hope is to lead you to questions you can ask the Lord to keep yourself on the strait and narrow path.

    You will discover that Yeshua is a person with infinite resources and power who wants to be your friend. In a word, He is God. You are made in His image, and He created you with a unique set of gifts and abilities.

    It is astonishing that He would make a disposable universe to give people the free opportunity to choose to know Him. Once all the people who are willing to do that are collected, He will dispose of this universe and make the real deal.

    A major harvesting event is going to happen in the near future. Every person on Earth who hates him will be removed. Those who love Him will join Him forever. It's a marvelous plan. All you have to do is believe that Jesus is who He says He is, repent of all your sin, and give your life to Him.

    The plan is to show you how to do that, in a manner you can understand, so you are ready to go. He is ready to move within you and help. It's an astonishing delight to meet Him and work with Him.

    For me, my early life culminated with the great rebellion of the sixties. Ending up as a fine artist and heavy user of pot and acid, I needed help. I met Jesus in 1974, and my life began, for real. The Lord gave me an amazing Godly woman for my wife in 1976. I became a graphic designer, font designer, and desktop publisher. In 1991, I began teaching printing and digital publishing. That resulted in writing dozens of books and booklets about the practical processes, using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. In 2009, I began the transformation into an author of fiction. By the end of 2022, I had 17 novels in five series, as I have developed my craft. This book is #20, and is the third book of the sixth series. I’m using Christian contemporary speculative fiction with some Biblical romance to share stories about the reality of how Jesus touches our day-to-day lives, while being strongly focused upon Biblical truth. I put the stereotypical Bible quoters in the same category as robo-callers. I attempt to reveal Jesus within a realistic world sharing my experiences. The goal is to reveal Jesus as a loving Creator building people into what they are designed to be. I currently assume time is running short, and the final harvest is here.

      This tale is dedicated to my Lord and King, Yeshua of Nazareth. He has made life worth living with His wonderful wisdom, humor, and love. He completely changed my life, fifty years ago, and I am extremely grateful.

      The illustration on the front cover is an intellectual piece named The Encroachment. It’s an edgy bit talking about the coming of the Lawless One who will need AI to hold things together. I did the fractal ball in Adobe Firefly. It gives a glimpse of a shiny object used to keep us distracted until the plan of the AntiChrist is executed.

      01Why the remnant needs this book

      •We’re in the midst of the Great Falling Away

      Many basic daily walk experiences are no longer taught

      Things have changed a lot since I met the Lord Jesus in January, 1974. I was too stoned to understand what I was doing. I was just desperate for some kind of spiritual help, the occult wasn’t doing it. But Jesus called me, and somehow brought me through to salvation.

      I was born again out of a life of fine art, drugs, and occult practices. But the transformation by the summer of 1974 was truly astounding. I am not the same man I was—thank God! For the first couple of years, I was trained in the Lord by my father, who was one of the early charismatic Episcopalians—being filled with the Spirit in the early sixties while he was studying for ordination as a perpetual deacon.

      Throughout 1974 (and much of 1975), I went with him every evening as he was deeply involved in seven different bible studies a week, a couple led by my father and several led by others—including most of the charismatic meetings in the Twin Cities area. I was taught through immersion into the spirit-filled life with a well-trained, very experienced mentor to guide me. He had a good library to read, as well.

      It was a good start with a lot of practical help. In 1976, the Lord gave me a godly woman for my wife. What a blessing that was. For the next 43 years, we had wide experiences within the Bride. The Lord gave us the opportunity to start two churches: an Episcopal church in the heart of West Virginia, and a Foursquare Church in Albuquerque. And we always had a weekly small group Bible study.

      Experience taught us how to be believing warriors in the war between Satan and Jesus. We learned how to deal with demons on a practical level without emotional garbage. Our ministry was friendship based with a strong focus on discipleship.

      The Lord responded to our need with close guidance on how to walk the strait and narrow path to life. We learned the truth about Jesus’ statement in Matthew 7 that the way is hard and there are few who find it. But the resulting closeness to our Messiah made it an easy burden to bear.

      My goal in this book is to give you a solid framework including most aspects of the walk in the Spirit. As the time nears for the completion of the Church Age, my heart remains the same. I have a deep sense of compassion for mainline church members who are not taught the things necessary to be saved.

      My hope is that I can help you flourish spiritually while you remain a missionary to the mainline churches. Please consider us a resource providing teaching and guidance to enable you to witness powerfully with your experiences in the Lord.

      Many churches today do not teach the necessity of being born again, the requirement for a close conversational relationship with Jesus, or the power available through the Holy Spirit. Prophecy and spiritual warfare instruction are commonly rejected by clergy who have little or no experience in those areas. The Holy Spirit is consciously stifled because He is seen as a disruptive force to the liturgy and church events.

      Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or a special need. But it’s time to get started. I pray you have a fun time exploring what is available within the Kingdom of God.

      02The Handbook of the Remnant Church

      • It’s all based on truth and •I am• is Truth

      This is a book for you if you are a believer with no spiritual help in an institutionalized church. You may be from a catholic apostolic church, a protestant church, an evangelical church, a pentecostal church, a non-denominational church, or any church background which presents the common spectator religion. From what I can tell we are all just calling ourselves believers, at this point. Denominations have become barriers within the Bride of the Messiah. Soon He will come and pull us out, so we can be together with Him forever.

      As a person on planet Earth, your basic view of the world is based upon the physical senses, mental reasonings, and ideas. However, there are forces outside ourselves which can affect and change how we sense reality and how we think. Our minds have contacts with these forces though we cannot sense them with our fleshly senses at all. Our senses seem solid, but there are clearly things we cannot see, feel, touch, smell, or taste. Plus scripture tells us that the world system is under the control of the enemy of Mankind: Satan.

      Most people in the United States are doing the ostrich routine to avoid seeing reality. Secular Humanism, for example, has developed the religion which has become dominant in Western Civilization since the second half of the twentieth century. You can see the basic flaw in their evolution religion by reading the motto of the American Humanist Association: Good Without A God.

      In Biblical Reality, we require a daily walk based on truth. Truth is a being, who has named himself •I am•. This immense being is also Knowledge, Wisdom, Righteousness, and Power. He is all-knowing, all-powerful, always present everywhere. He is pure, holy, and perfect love. He defined good in creation.

      •I am• created everything, and everything is based on or derived from His knowledge, power, presence, and love. He defined all of this when He created our Universe. All things are created by Him and for Him—including these definitions.

      Thankfully, He is wise enough to have led Mankind to produce the scriptures which were written by believers empowered by His Holy Spirit, who is also •I am•. These scriptures tell the story of the creation plus the world of the Gentiles and Israel from the point of view of •I am•.

      If we know Him and ask the Holy Spirit to explain things while we read the scriptures, He will do that. The Holy Spirit can verify Genesis, for example, because He was there at the time, and lives eternally.

      Because we can talk with Him. If you sincerely ask Him to talk to you, He will show you how to do that. All you need to do is do what He tells you to do. One essential part of this is that we are required to ask the Image of •I am•—who we know as His son, Yeshua in Hebrew, Jesus in Greek, Joshua in English. Yeshua is •I am•. If you do not know Him personally yet, read chapter 5.

      Yeshua will show you how to develop communication with Him. We are all different. Some will only accept communication through the scriptures. Others include the scriptures, plus she or he is able to have faith for closer, more verbal communication.

      It varies widely. You can live as close to Jesus as you allow. It’s part of how He designed you as an individual and under your control. He will respond well to your attempts to draw closer.

      But we slid past a major truth

      When the Great •I am• created the universe, it was designed for a specific purpose. It was built as the Training Place of Mankind to give you the opportunity to live in Heaven and develop a close relationship with •I am•. It has been running, as designed, since the beginning of time. We’ll talk about that more when we discuss why •I am• made us. •I am• is the foundation of Biblical Reality. He is our first essential statement.

      03So sin blinded us & killed us

      • But before the creation: •I am• had a plan

      We understand that the Messiah was prepared for all of this before creation. Peter tells us, [The Messiah] was destined before the foundation of the world but was revealed in the fullness of time for our sake. 1 Peter 1: 20 God was not surprised by any of this.
