This book will give you a fundamental (ba- sic) understanding of how your body works and the common disorders and maybe some treatment tips.
WHAT IT IS NOT:
A substitute for a doctor’s advice
A substitute for medical school
A book of Medicine
This is just me passing some of my knowledge to you in a simple way so you can more easily understand how your body works and also relate to any health
issues you may have in a less complex way.
MY QUALIFICATIONS: DOCTOR OF MEDICINE (M.D.)
CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH
