Introduction
Face it, some of us simply can't be stuck behind a desk all day long in a tiny cubicle staring at a computer monitor until our eyes cross. For those of you who are on the road majority of the year, I feel for you and I understand the stresses that come along with it.
Besides the obvious stress of being away from home and your loved ones, you have to deal with traffic for 8+ hours a day, deal with changing weather conditions during those hours, find a place to sleep each night based on the area you are working, and maintaining proper nutrition while working out of your car.
Traveling isn't as bad as people make it out to be – you get to see new places, sight-see while traveling, and meet a lot of new people. The hard part comes when trying to fit in your workouts in an unfamiliar area and staying on a reasonable diet.
This book will help you stay in shape while traveling. Utilize the programs and literature found in this book and you too can stay fit and healthy no matter where the road takes you.
