    The story had a happy ending, which I love., mixed with interesting plot twists. Some good guys and some really bad ones, too. The dogs and horses (wished for more on the horses) were a pleasant blend as was the charity. Overall well written ! The romance (I dislike romance) was palatable and realistic. Thank you!

    This is a great story of a second chance at love. There is plenty of romance and danger to keep me turning the page. I loved the dogs and horses and their adventures as well. There are some interesting twist and turns and characters who appear that I wanted to know more about.

    A lonely little boy who needs a father, a woman determined to make it on her own, and the man who once owned her heart are thrown together by the stipulations of a dying man's last wish. It appears the requirements of the old man's wishes are impossible to meet, especially when an old adversary attacks. Unexpected twists in the plot keep the reader turning pages to see what happens next!
