    SUMMARY

Bob and Mary Tully started Tully’s Ranch in 1955. When they passed, Tim, being their only child, inherited the land. He decided to sell portions of his property and establish a town, naming it, Tully Town. Tim, as mayor of Tully Town, hired an ex-marine to help him with organization, and together they developed ways to control almost every person in Tully Town. Each person was responsible to Tim for employment, repayment of loans, and property ownership. They were also required to assist Tim with the illegal drug activities, and promise secrecy.

Under Mayor Tim, all the townspeople profited greatly. However, they wanted their town to be fun, and reputable.

Merit Atwill is the only person in town that refused to be under his control.
