      Fun, second chance, forced proximity, contemporary Christmas romance. Loved the family…they were hilarious and added so much to the story. This is the fourth in PR’s Christmas stand alones, but they do feature repeat characters. So, if you can read them in order, it makes a difference. Excellent narration!

      This was a very enjoyable Christmas romance. Unfortunately, I read this book out of order (it would really help if Piper Rayne would just make this an official series), so I felt a little out of the loop. Nevertheless, Brynn and Pierce had a beautiful love story with sexy times on the page. Shane East and Stella Hunter performed this book in duet (always my favourite) and did an impeccable job of it.
      There is also an audio bonus scene available to download on Piper Rayne's website.
      The reading order should be: 1. Single And Ready To Jingle 2. Claus And Effect 3. Merry Kissmas

      Piper Rayne book…YES PLEASE
      I don’t care what these two ladies write…I’m reading it! And I’m never ever disappointed.
      This holiday read had me transported to a world I didn’t want to leave. I loved getting to revisit with Andrew & Kenzie as well as Tre & Tessa, but adding in Tre’s sister & Andrew’s cousin, sparks fly!

      After very brief fling six years ago, these two realized quickly that they simply could not be. Circumstances outside of their control saw their budding chemistry fizzle out to never be reignited. But when Brynn & Pierce find themselves competing for the same job, then magically on the same holiday retreat, that chemistry seems to be simply smoldering.

      I loved watching these two try to navigate their intense attraction to each other. Their banter was top tier & I loved how Pierce so adamantly pursued her. I loved the Russell family holiday traditions & the fun & games they brought with them. They were truly the perfect family to embrace Pierce into being one of them.

      Audiobook Review:
      When it comes to casting, this audiobook sold me at “Shane East”. He is, hands down, one of my favorite narrators, especially when it comes to a British MMC. His ability to completely embody a character shines in his portrayal of Pierce. Not to be overshadowed, Stella Hunter brings her own flair in perfecting Brynn’s personality.

      I really enjoyed this seasonal second chance romance. It was such a warm, believable story it put a massive smile on my face.

      Brynn and Pierce are so well suited, you cant help but will them to give it another go. I loved the slow reconnection as they work through the past and look to the future. And the payoff was sooo worth it.

      Brynn’s family are wonderfully chaotic and you can feel the fun family dynamics & joyful sibling rivalries during the family Christmas games.

      The audio book was absolutely brilliant with Shane East and Stella Hunter giving such depth and emotion to the story.

      Def recommend if you want a warm hug of a book that proves its never too late.
