    There was not a section in this series I did not enjoy. You could assume some of the moves Attina would do, but all in all, this kept me wanting to read to the end.

    received this book as an ARC read for an honest review. And let’s just say I loved it!

    I am so thankful to Denman for giving me the opportunity to review her book before it was released! This series has been a wonderful roller coaster that has sucked me in from the very beginning. Denman writes amazing characters that you can just fall in love with. Characters that you root for, cry with, and enjoy a spicy thrill.

    Denman writes from multiple points of view without spoiling the storyline by having the reader know too much too soon. She still carries on a role of mystery throughout the story.

    I hope you enjoy the series as much I have ending with this wonderful book.

    She Reigns is a masterful conclusion to the She Awakens series.

    Attina has a long read ahead of her if she wants to oust Henrik from the throne. Action, betrayal, and twists & turns loom before her. Who, if any, will stand by her side?

    Between being drawn into a well-developed world, trusting characters to do right by Attina, and facing a myriad of emotions as events come to pass, this book keeps you enthralled.

    If you haven’t read this series and love a good fantasy romance with fantastic world building and character development, definitely add the She Awakens series to your TBR.

    I definitely enjoyed Attina more and more in this book. She was so strong, powerful, and such a badass.
    Allister was definitely a strong presence, and even tho he gave me the impression he might be deceiving something in his demeanor let us know he's actually not.
    Raven once again was such an amazing character to see, I love her so much.

    The world-building in general wasn't the main focus. I did enjoy the bits and pieces we've gotten from the fae world and the palace.

    I loved Attina's growth into this book and how she was the main focus. I also loved the new twists of events and how things developed along the way. I've even enjoyed the pregnancy trope because it was made so nice - which I usually don't enjoy that much in books, but this time I've enjoyed it a lot. The book made me giggle so many times, and also cringe so many times because of James. It was definitely entertaining and It was such a great way to end the series.

    There are some spicy scenes, I'd tell they're round 2 pepper flames, the scenes aren't overly detailed to turn into an overly smutty book, but you got the spice in the story!TW's - talk of abortion (doesn't happen), blood, fighting, and the loss of a family member.

    A prophecy to create unity for a common enemy and secure the future. Forging own destiny. A right of passage. An heir to the throne. Looming battle. Family is so much more than blood. This fantasy adventure is filled with intrigue, twists, turns, secrets, action, and love. Not to mention, some spice.

    Strong character development. Detailed world building.

    "We can lead from a place of love instead of a place of power."

    Allister is the male Attina deserves and would give every last cell in his body for her. They are a solid team. Allister’s top slayer skills and Attina’s kind and very emotional side blend to make the ideal ruling partnership. The spice is turned up in this book which makes the betrayal all the more shocking. Attina has gained confidence in herself which leads her to be able to make strong tactical decisions all on her own. Raven is there, but has to take a back seat for a bit as she continues to heal. New Fae/half-fae creatures join the patchwork family Attina and Allister have gathered, but they are a tightknit family who truly loves each other. It’s nice to see the bonds that are not blood. Some characters finally get what they deserve, both the good and the bad. It was a satisfying ending although the last few chapters did seem a bit more abrupt than they could be. I read this whole series straight through and I’m so glad I didn’t have to wait to get to the ending. This was the best book of the series and I’m excited to see more from this author.

    The journey of Attina finding out her heritage and becoming Queen. She is fierce and strong, which I enjoy in a FMC. She had to fight to become who she needed to be in order to claim her Reign. A good fantasy read.
