I have always been dedicated to helping others in their career paths, whether it be employees or individuals struggling to navigate the ever-changing economy. Looking back, I am proud of the hundreds of candidates I have helped assess themselves for a career shift, acquire the necessary skills for their desired job, and successfully navigate the job market. At the beginning of my career, I founded a sales company that covered 15 western states. During that time, my company and its employees helped many large and small companies and entrepreneurs grow their businesses. This success brought opportunities to serve on advisory boards for many of the companies we represented, which gave me a fresh and expanded perspective on the business world. Helping my contacts and customers during pivotal moments in their lives allowed me to grow personally and inspired me to care about the individuals I work with. As I began reinventing myself, I realized the importance of genuine networking and relationships. Assisting others with directions and ideas allowed me to make a positive difference in their lives. My company grew remarkably, and as my influence expanded, an opportunity arose to serve as EVP at one of my largest customers. I sold my business and broadened my focus to gain a more comprehensive perspective within my industry. From a global perspective of serving the industry, it differs significantly from the approaches used by giant corporate focus, strong family-owned businesses, consultants, and start-up entrepreneurs. My experience has included all of these areas. Assisting those who have crossed my path in life has always been a priority. As an author, I hope my books and website convey my deep connection to the people on this journey. I offer real-life insights and detailed advice on succeeding in job seeking, along with innovative strategies to adapt to changes, follow passions, and attain success. I inspire individuals to listen to their inner voices and achieve their goals.

Author’s Biography
Introduction
Despite our many differences, all human beings share at least one thing in common. We all want to be the best version of ourselves.
Some of us define that goal as connecting to a community, having a big family or excelling at a job we love. Others can’t necessarily define it, but are seeking that abstract idea of happiness.
Surely, once we find our purpose
and fulfill it, we will find that elusive happiness,
right?
Alexander Pope said, Act well your part; there all the honor lies.
But what if you find yourself unsure of your place in this world? What if you know your part but find your goals too insurmountable to reach?
You need a change, and in order to get that, you need to change.
Only then will you have the confidence and focus to make that big career change, or learn that new
