A Thankfully Brief Introduction
I'm Steven Savage, an IT professional who writes on the side. This book exists because I found managing IT projects led me to become a better writer – so I wrote a book on it.
My experience in IT led me to discover Agile, a revolutionary approach to organizing projects. Agile is about adaptability, incremental work, and not wasting time on elaborate plans and outlines no one uses. Agile changed how people developed and launched software and handled critical infrastructure, and changed how I worked.
Soon, it changed my other interests.
When not managing software projects, I write as both a passion and a hobby. Since Agile was a part of
