WELCOME!
A while back it came to my attention the sweet romance books I write mainly focus on one of three topics or some combination of the following: romantic comedy, Christmas, and cowboys. The Costa Brothers Cozy Comfort Christmas Romance Series is no exception. I also tend to include food in my books—everything from cookies to cocoa to...pie!
Savory and sweet pies as is the case with this series, among a few other things, which we’ll get to.
The idea for this series came from the final book in my Rich & Rugged Hawkins Brothers series. Frankie had six overprotective brothers that we meet in the final book Christmas in Hawk Ridge Hollow. It tells her and Rocky’s enemies to love + family feud neighbor story, complete with a happily ever after. To say the Costa bros are overprotective is an understatement, especially when Frankie plans to marry a guy with a questionable past.
book coverAfter I wrote that book and a bonus chapter with cameos from the Costa crew, I got a hunger...for Italian food. My family on my mother’s side is from Italy and I’ve visited several times. The hunger transformed into an idea for a series focusing on the Costa family. Like my own, they’re a bit loud, a little crazy, and a whole lotta lovable!
