      Schrodinger's Choice

      Chalk drifted in the air. Beams of artificial sunlight as sharp as a razer's edge cut into the room, illuminating the slowly dancing dust motes filling the air. Micha coughed behind her handkerchief. She'd tied it over her nose and mouth but the thing wasn't doing much good. A little. But not enough. The chalk was just too thick in the air for it to be effective.

      This entire thing would be easier if Mr. Benenati would let her use water but no. Couldn't do that. It would 'degrade the chalkboard' like that was a real thing that could happen. Wouldn't. Micha knew that. The 'chalkboard' was a wall that'd been carefully sealed and then painted with about fifty layers of magnetic paint and then a
