      TRISTAN THREW HIS KEYS ON THE HALL TABLE, put his bag down and walked into the living room to collapse on the sofa. His phone was in his hand before he really thought about it as he checked his messages. He'd just finished a four-week location shoot in Canada and he had a few days off before they started inside scenes at one of the big London studios. He was looking forward to recharging.

      There were some messages from his sister and a couple from friends, but the one that stood out was from his agent, Mark. It simply said: Call me as soon as you can.

      Mark was not a man who did such things for a laugh, so Tristan flicked to his contacts and hit the button.
