We want more land and more passive income. Let's start talking big money! However, that means we need to take a more intentional method to where we buy land.
Buying land for self-storage, mobile homes, or RVs has to be near city centers or attractions. You want the widest selection of customers and tenants.
We also need to either build slowly or use leverage. Leverage can be incredible if you wield it correctly. Leverage is similar to a magnifying glass; it increases your gains and increases your losses, as well.
Once we have the land, we need to build a mixed complement of self-storage, mobile homes, and RVs. Use your knowledge of the area to add the most appropriate investments to your business. Life couldn't be better; medium business and large passive income.
