So many suspects! Amethyst and Ambrose have a challenging case when a witch is brutally murdered. There is no shortage of suspects for the murder of a woman who had more enemies than friends but everyone has an alibi. It may be less about magic this time and more about old-fashioned police work if they are going to solve this case. You have to like a couple who place murder in the realm of casual dinner conversation. There are some interesting twists and the plot kept me guessing.

Another good story featuring Ame and Ambrose I really enjoyed reading this book that is full of turns that bring new suspects and make you guess up until almost the end. I love the way Ame and Ambrose story is evolving. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
