Charmed Romantic
I love how innocent and charming this story is. Heiress of an esteemed farm and shipping magnate Miss Harriet Ermington must seek a husband in her first Season. Timid and meek, Harriet yields to the instructions of her aunt Lady Spineforth who sponsors her. Then she meets Viscount heir Mr Frederick Stoaly who must seek an heiress for his troubled estate only to realize they both are smitten with one another, it made me sigh. Lovely book.

Harriet and Frederick
Harriet’s family sent her to her aunt to have a season and find a husband because she was an heiress. Frederick was told by his family that he had to find an heiress immediately to marry to save the family since his last engagement was called off. When they saw each other at a ball they gravitated towards each other at all of them and they talked some. Then his mother put them in a situation and said they had to marry but he knew that he couldn’t because he had to marry someone with lots of money to pay his dead brother’s gambling debts. She told him that she was ok with helping pay off the debts and they really wanted each other. Good book!.
