<p>Simone Coetser is a South African-born poet, educator, and advocate currently living in Aberdeen, Scotland. Her work explores identity, belonging, faith, politics, motherhood, mental health, and the quiet revolutions that shape a life. Raised between cultures and across boundaries, she writes from the intersections of personal history and collective memory.</p><p> </p><p>Her poetry is rooted in lived experience—from growing up in post-apartheid South Africa to navigating migration, healing, and self-discovery.
