Lincoln and Penny's story She is a pigeon shifter and he is an ink mage but their love of books gives them a new mission and a chance for love. This is a gentle romance and fits perfectly into the Purple Oasis series. I like how even the end of the world can't stop love. It’s a short and sweet falling-in-love story. I received a free copy of this book but my review is honest and voluntary.

This was the first book I have read from the Purple Oasis paranormal romance series and I was able to jump in and enjoy this book pretty easily although I am sure it is better if you have read previous books. It is fairly light for a post-apocalyptic book and I enjoyed reading this story. I plan to look into reading more from this series in the future.
