Carol A. Manetta is a concerned citizen of Planet Earth who develops training for a living, and has done so for decades. Her background includes such work at a travel agency, Ford Motor Company and Ford Credit, a prison system, and now in the nonprofit world. With such a wide range of experience, her knowledge brings to bear the importance of having the right tools for learning new skills to make a living with dignity and ease.

She serves as Executive Director of a nonprofit called Reap Goodness which is leaning in a new direction, that of training trios of worker owned cooperatives that are ready to change Earth to its former glory, that of a vibrant planet with healthy living beings and ecosystems to support them.
