I’m Gemma and for the past few years, I’ve been skating as a professional princess with Dreams on Ice. Sparkling tiara? Check. Magical transformations? Nightly. Happily ever after? I’m still working on it.

During a trip to Sequoia Valley to visit my best friend, I decide it’s time to try something new since my dating life has been more pumpkin than prince. After one too many dating app disasters, we film an audition tape for Cupid’s Arrow, a reality dating show. Is it a long shot? Sure. But so is everything else in my love life lately.

Meanwhile, my best friend’s stepmom, who’s more fairy godmother than evil stepmother, sets me up on a trio of blind dates. Two are disasters. The third? My fingers are crossed that Tim Lyons will be the one.
