Kristine Castillo Negron is an indie author and folklorist who is passionate about the ritual of storytelling. The Fall Before Flight is her debut novel. She has a BA from the University of Iowa in English and Japanese and an MA in Asian Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives in Texas with her awesome husband, her two vibrant sons, two cats (one nice, one not so much), and one neurotic corgi.
