I’m a writer and author who is lucky enough to call the Lake District, in the North of England, home. I was born and raised here among big mountains, big lakes, big oceans and big skies. Surrounded by sunsets and salty sea air, crystal clear rivers and raging waterfalls, wide open fields and huge expanses of forest. And not forgetting the joy of experiencing all four seasons in the space of just one day…welcome to the North!

​​​​​​​A lover of all things creative, I have written stories for as long as I can remember. I’ve always loved the way words evoke emotions that can bring us together and make us feel as though we are a part of something. A place where we can relate. Where we are part of the adventure. Where we belong to the story. Words can create magical happenings, and we are limited only by our imagination.

​​​​​​​My debut novel, The Things I Want To Say But Can’t, was a true labour of love. Completing the novel has truly inspired me and spurred me on to write more and more. So I hope you’ll join me on the journey.
