His debut novel, Stories of My Dinosaur Life, blends science fiction, urban fantasy, and fake-memoir chaos to explore identity, resilience, and what it means to find your place in a world that wasn't built for you. Tay lives in Canada's capital, drinks too much coffee, and spends an unreasonable amount of time making sure fictional animals have believable trauma arcs.
