Married for close to two decades and a parent of four biological children, Eddie Ivan believes that parenting is the primary avenue for Africa to cultivate a new generation of capable leaders with the moral fabric needed to collaborate and drive the continent's growth and global influence.

Eddie Ivan spent decades of his earlier years pouring his heart into young people in one-on-one and corporate settings, helping them believe they have a formidable contribution to make in their communities and Africa as a whole.

Eddie dedicated several years to teaching at the university level and working in electronic media, and he is now a certified Insights Discovery coach and trainer, empowering teams and organizations with growth strategies across Africa for the past decade.

He holds a master's in education, specializing in innovation in learning and teaching.
