Ruth Haag first became a supervisor when she was 22 years old. With a healthy amount of confidence she held her first employee meeting and made her first series of supervisory mistakes!
Over the next 40 years Ruth, who by the way is a scientist, developed her own successful method of supervising. She then began training others to supervise more effectively and expanded her supervisory system to include alternate personalities.
A series of books for supervisors followed.
At the insistence of her husband, Bob, Ruth agreed to write a book for employees who want to try to make their workplace better, “Help Your Boss Gain People Skills.”
Ruth lives with her family in Sandusky, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona.
