Metro has a secret.

He's a super genius and his family comes from the underground Guardian race.

Tired of living in his superhero-wannabe brother's perfect shadow, Metro creates a serum that makes him super strong but fills him with uncontrollable rage. Which is great for beasting his brother on the football field, but not so convenient when trying to fit in among the normals in the high school hallways.

But some Guardians are no longer content with blending in. A rebellion is stirring, and Metro's serum is exactly what they need to drag the entire race out of hiding. Will Metro be able to control his warring powers enough to keep his family's secrets? Or will his rage cause him to expose the Guardians and change the course of history?
