A fun read-out-loud, rhyming picture book featuring a cute dog with a bushy beard - Harley.

Harley asks Sid the spider, to clean her beard of dust and dead flies, but Nana (having mysteriously lost her glasses) thinks Sid is a knot in Harley's beard and goes to get a comb. Harley takes off through Nana's garden and down to the beach, creating chaos making a caterpillar cry and a crab very cross. All ends well and Nana solves the mystery of her missing glasses.

Enjoy reading this book to your favorite small child, having fun along the way with the vibrant colorful drawings and watch the expressions of all the characters who are often aghast at what Harley has done next - from wrecking the caterpillar's house, to turning into a sand monster, not to mention nearly drowning them in the sea.
