Michael Manrique, cofounder of HabitGuys and real estate agent coach, is a master of recognizing human patterns and helping people make breakthroughs in their professional and personal lives by enhancing their ability to learn, make changes, and achieve desired goals. Together with his business partner, Andy Rosas, he’s doing what no one else in real estate is doing: showing agents how to wield the power of habits for their success as top-producing agents instead of allowing their habits to work against them.
 
As Michael Manrique started teaching people across multiple industries, he discovered a trend among real estate agents: many coming through his program hated prospecting and couldn’t bring themselves to do it, even though they knew they needed to. With the real estate industry showing a desperate need for coaching, he and his business partner spent 10 years refining the framework for their Habits of a Top Producer system and cohost the #RealtorHabits Podcast.
He lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife, son, and two stepchildren. He enjoys watching NBA basketball—especially the Detroit Pistons.
