​​​​​​​Mayumi Cruz writes diverse, cross-genre fiction with emotionally-charged and thought-provoking plots. She writes and continues to explore the genres of crime, romance, comedy, mystery, thriller, paranormal, sci fi, fantasy, horror, women’s fiction, and children’s fiction.
Chroma Hearts, her Romantic Psychological Thriller, is awarded 2019 Best Published Story of the Year by Penmasters' League. Black Love, her short story, won First Place in Bookbed’s Fictory Contest in 2017. Some of her writings have also appeared in Philippines Graphic, Medium, AdHoc Fiction and The Drabble. Mayumi has degrees in Economics and Educational Management and lives in the Philippines with her husband and three sons.
