I spent ten years in academia and psychology research before leaving to pursue something else that could similarly mess with my head (being an author). I now use my PhD in psychology mostly for good (writing), but sometimes for evil (overthinking). Mostly, I continue to strive to find that balance between spending quality time with my favorite people and sweet, sweet time alone with my stories. After a stint in London (England) and Toronto (Canada), I now live in a tiny but delightful apartment in Auckland (NZ), Bi Myself.
