Brian has been managing teams and coaching/teaching management for over 15 years. He currently is the Founder of BTOM Consultants, which has a mission to rid the world of bad managers.
Brian was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, but currently resides with his wife and daughters in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL.
