Robert T. Hunting has always thought of himself as a wordsmith and thus, a natural lover of books.
 
At age eight, he remembers a field trip, where he received his first library card. He used it to take out the first book in the Freddy the Pig detective series.
 
Robert is drawn to good yarns, especially those with compelling characters and well-developed plotlines. As a writer, he favors placing normal characters in abnormal situations and watching them struggle to overcome unmanageable odds. Whether caught in the slipstream of war or other demanding circumstances, his characters never give up on life. After all, what would a story be without beating an insurmountable challenge?
