I really don't like boring lectures and scientific literature, but I genuinely love my leadership work and I'm constantly in the grip of new tools and solutions.
That's why I decided to write this book and talk about what motivations are in the simplest possible way. I encountered my colleagues who, when mentioning motivation, principles, scientific research, became paralyzed and said: «We'll do it better somehow but in the old way!». But the fact is, new times demand new solutions.
