Cristian Gray is a former blue-collar worker turned professional development consultant. After working in numerous manual labor settings, he took the initiative to learn fundamental principles about career performance and soft-skills by working with executive-level administrators, university professors, clinical psychologists, and mental health therapists.
Doing so he became the founder of Gray House Consulting where he empowers introverted professionals like engineers, data analysts, copywriters, scientists, and computer technicians to enhance their communication capabilities and emotional intelligence so they can optimize their social dominance. He currently lives in the DFW area of Texas.
