We all have in us this picture of the ideal person we deep down long to be, many of us also having this lingering feeling deep inside that we are capable of so much more and that we are not tapping into our true potential.

This book is not about running a marathon, it's about goal setting for the pragmatic mind with the help of visualisation, it is a mental help set around weird subjects to figure out who you are, who you like to be and what you want out of life.

I'm writing these lines as cognitive behavioural therapist and hypnotherapist but I didn't start the way of making my life liveable as such; I started my way of personal change out of necessity, to overcome my unhealthy behaviour of too much alcohol, too many cigarettes, coffee, depressive mood and a life without prospects.

This is not your typical book about goal setting, I came to find that life has a weird way of unfolding itself and so there was no other outcome than to come up with a weird book. It is about asking tough questions to get to know yourself, it is seeking to motivate you to realize your true potential, and to help you to be honest with yourself as well to gain motivation and confidence, it is for already strong minded people who need the last push to get going.

It is about pragmatic goal setting around a weird mix of subjects, which at a closer look are all inter connected and all the bits and pieces are seeking to challenge you on a deep level, to find out who you are and who you would like to be. All the things I had to figure out the hard way might encourage you to think about at what point in your life you are right now and what kind of person you actually envision to be and maybe it encourages you to get going with the setting of goals you are harbouring deep inside you. It also seeks to encourage you to see through the deceptions ingrained in society and it is challenging how we learned to think and believe.

It also contains scripts to read with passion and conviction like an actor, where you can let your fantasy run wild. Those visualisation scripts are trying to engage your imagination for you to engross yourself in and it might give you trust in your own actions and strengthens your belief in your own abilities.

My personal experience is that it is taking a lot of weight off one's mind when we learn to view the world and ourselves from a pragmatic and unconventional point and are consciously aware of the unity of the human body and mind. Maybe you feel giving it a shoot as well,….

The future might look uncertain but ask yourselves, what is the cost of doing nothing and leave everything the way it is?
