Without a son, there was noone else for my father to pass his most important knowledge to; he knew it must be passed to me or else a continuous lineage would be broken. That was what providence had decreed. Whether I wanted to hear it or not, he was bound by his commitments. Now, childless, and in my later years, following a lifetime of commitment, I know the time has come for me to pass on my most intimate knowledge and understanding too.
