I am a regular freelance writer since three decades. I am a Science graduate and also have a Post-degree, Degree in Communication and Journalism from the Pune University.

      I am a regular contributor of poems, articles, travelogues and stories to reputed publications and websites. I have an ad agency's experience too. I have authored 13 novels and maintain 4 blogs.

       I won the second prize in a novel-writing contest held by Vishwakarma Publications in Pune, for my debut novel. I won the third prize in an essay-writing contest held by the Indian Medical Association (I.M.A.). I am among the topmost writers in Pune, contributing to www.tripadvisor.com. Recently, I have been awarded a Writers Award Certificate by www.penfactor.com.

     Apart from reading and writing, I love gardening, singing, photography, philately, drawing and painting, handicraft, traveling and teaching.
